4. Important Disclaimers

Results are AI-generated simulations and may not accurately reflect what is achievable through actual dental procedures. Always provide patients with realistic expectations and professional medical advice.

5. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by DentAI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the transformation service. We do not claim ownership of your photos or use them for any other purpose without your consent.

Generated Images:

AI-generated transformation images are provided for your use in patient consultations. You may download and share these images with patients as part of your dental practice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

• Patient complaints or disputes arising from AI-generated images
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including claims related to photos uploaded without proper consent.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
